Our Values
These are the working principles that guide how we design products, run our research program, and work with the people we build for.
They are the same principles summarized on our Company page, described here in more depth.
Engineering Integrity
We say what is true about our products and research, in the state they are actually in. Where something is commercial and available today, we say so plainly. Where something is still under research or development, such as our Immersion Cooling R&D project, we describe it as research in progress rather than a finished result. Decisions are made on evidence and requirements, not on how a claim would sound.
Design for Manufacturability
An idea is only as good as our ability to build it consistently. Every product decision is weighed against whether it can become a repeatable, serviceable, economically sound physical object — not just a drawing that looks correct on screen.
Reliability and Serviceability
Infrastructure has to keep working long after it leaves our production floor. We design for long-term use, straightforward maintenance access, controlled assembly and dependable day-to-day operation, rather than optimizing only for the moment a product ships.
Customer and Application Understanding
Before proposing a solution, we try to understand the environment a product will actually operate in — the technical requirement, the physical constraints, and the practical realities of the site it will serve. Products and communication are shaped around what the people using our infrastructure actually need.
Documentation and Revision Discipline
Controlled drawings, clear revision histories and repeatable workflows are not paperwork for its own sake — they are what makes dependable engineering and production possible at all, and what lets a design change safely instead of quietly.
Continuous Improvement
When the same problem shows up more than once, we treat it as a signal to fix the system, not just the individual case. We would rather make a good result repeatable than treat it as a one-time success.
Responsible Innovation
New ideas are pursued because they solve a real problem, not for novelty on its own. As those ideas develop — including our Immersion Cooling R&D project — we stay honest about their development stage, validation status and commercial readiness rather than presenting early-stage work as a finished offering.
Long-Term Thinking
Decisions, from product design to research direction, are made with durability and longevity in mind. We aim to build products, partnerships, skills and systems that remain valuable beyond a single project or a short-term result.
