Data We Collect
When you submit a direct application, we may collect the personal data you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, city/country, LinkedIn and portfolio links, application type, area of interest, experience level, availability, notice period, your cover note, and your CV/résumé file.
We do not request, and ask that you do not include in your CV or cover note, sensitive information such as a Turkish identity number, passport number, date of birth, gender, marital status, religion, health information, criminal-record details, salary history, a photograph, or family information.
How Data Is Collected
Candidate data is collected directly from you when you complete and submit the application form on this website.
Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed to evaluate your application against current and reasonably anticipated recruitment needs at IglooRack, to contact you regarding your application, and to maintain records of the recruitment process.
Legal Basis
Processing is intended to be based on your explicit request to be considered for employment and IglooRack’s legitimate interest in evaluating candidates for current and future positions. The specific legal basis under applicable personal-data protection law is subject to final company and legal review.
Data Sharing
Candidate data is handled internally by personnel involved in the recruitment process. Data may be shared with parties where legally required, such as in response to a lawful request from a competent authority. We do not sell candidate data to third parties.
Security and Confidentiality
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect candidate data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, and treat all candidate information as confidential.
Retention
Candidate data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the recruitment purpose described above, in line with IglooRack’s approved retention schedule. A specific retention period has not yet been finalized and will be confirmed following company and legal review.

Subject to applicable personal-data protection law, you may have the right to request information about the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw a general application at any time.
